Note #1: TBoI is pretty limited in terms of modding, therefore mods will often overwrite each other. If you still use Rebirth, you could try to find some compatible mods but I recommend to simply buy Afterbirth. All mods listed here are made for Afterbirth and won't work if you don't have this DLC.
It also has a tutorial for installing mods and how to download mods there (you need to have TBoI on Steam, otherwise Download button will be grayed out sorry pirates). The best database for TBoI mods is and all mods in this list link to their pages on this site.
